We’re delighted to have been taken on board by Puy du Fou, France’s second largest theme park. A 3-day recce in September was enough to convince us that this was something special – a theme park with spectacular shows but no rides, upmarket accommodation and, judging by the visitors, one that appeals to every generation. The Times: Top 50 holidays in Italy 2017

Great to see client Wish Sicily’s new Villa Idda included in the best new places to stay section of the Times’ 50 Best Holidays in Italy for 2017. Set amongst the orange groves that surround the seaside town of Acireale, the recently restored villa comprises two separate buildings (perfect for two families), connected by a shaded dining terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Think cool, stone surfaces, sunken baths, double height ceilings and vast picture windows – this is definitely one for the bucket list!

Family adventures in Italy

The last of the Independent’s recent three-part series on Italy focussed on family holidays, with plenty of suggestions for families in search of art, history, beaches and islands. For anyone looking for an adrenalin rush, journalist Nicola Williams recommends Wish Sicily’s new collection of villa holidays with outdoor activities that range from rafting and canyoning to Mount Etna jeep tours.

Other adventure activities on offer include hiking, air-based adventures such as paragliding, and a large selection of water-based activities.
